My Purpose
My mission is to help you understand stress, identify your stressors, and overcome limiting beliefs. I guide you through the complexities of stress management by fostering a deeper connection between mind, body, and soul; helping you find balance and peace in both your personal and professional life.
While I primarily support managers, leaders, entrepreneurs, and business owners, I welcome anyone seeking to enhance their mental and emotional well-being. I bring experience from working with: Government bodies, Non-profit organisations, Private companies, Individuals, including those who are neurodiverse.

Qualifications As a registered Occupational Psychologist, I am accredited by the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a member of the British Psychological Society and the Association for Business Psychology. I am a qualified Coach, NLP therapist and Hypnotherapist, offering a well-rounded approach to psychological wellbeing and performance. Please note: I am not a Clinical Psychologist. If, during our initial assessment, I feel that alternative or additional support would better serve your needs, I will always signpost you to an appropriate professional. Real-World Insight In addition to my holistic mentoring and coaching work, I serve as COO of a design and surfaces company. This experience gives me first-hand insight into the demands of high-pressure business environments, leadership challenges, and the complexity of wearing many hats. I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. Together, we’ll develop the confidence and tools you need to face challenges, build resilience, and thrive.
